Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for websquids LLC services.

Project Engagements

  • Deposits and upfront milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If you choose to cancel an engagement, completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed per the agreed rate card or milestones.

Change Requests

Scope additions/changes are handled through a formal change request and may affect timelines and costs. Such fees are non‑refundable once the change is approved and work begins.

Retainers & Subscriptions

Monthly retainers or subscriptions can be canceled at any time with written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

Quality & Disputes

We stand behind our work and will address issues identified during agreed acceptance windows. If a dispute arises, we will work to resolve it in good faith per the master services agreement.
